Since completing a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, I have gained and implemented my knowledge of marketing strategies in the real estate industry. In recent years, we have seen an influx of foreign investment. I have developed strategies to help capture international investment in the foreign market. I have also become a member of Juwai.com, which is the largest china based real estate website for the world since 2011 with over 2.5 million investors (exclusive Chinese buyers). In a constantly evolving marketplace, it is imperative to continually upgrade your skills and adapt to new practices in order to remain competitive. It is these practices which have allowed me to remain a successful award winner for the last 15 years.These awards include the Award of Excellence, Master Sales Award, President's Gold Award and the Director's Platinum Award.
As a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, I maintain only the highest degree of ethical standards. My background is Greek and Italian and I enjoy an active lifestyle. When I am not working, or spending time with my son, I enjoy Rock Climbing, Biking, Paddle Boarding, Volleyball and many other outdoor activities and sports, including paddling on the Team Transplant Dragon Boat Team. I am ambitious, goal oriented and enjoy being an active participant in my community. I sat on the board of the Parkview Hills Association for 3 years, was a yearly canvasser for The March of Dimes for 6 years as well as a personal fundraiser for the charity. From 2012 to present I have been and continue to be a supporter of and public speaker for Trillium Gift of Life. From 2006-2014, I was a participant in the HBO documentary “Tales From the Organ Trade” which made its Canadian broadcast premiere on July 7, 2014. In addition, we at Royal LePage are always involved with the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, supporting various shelters throughout the GTA. In September of 2016, I will be joining my colleagues in a team effort to help build a house with Habitat for Humanity.
